The farm has been in the family for over 300 years and although they've moved towards more sophisticated production of olive oil you can still see the original wheel and press.
As well as olives they grow pomegranates and the lands are divided by dry stone walls.
A visit includes an introductory tasting of olive oil and how to assess its quality. Lunch is provided to compliment the oil and includes apple pie, made even more delicious with a sprinkling of oil!!!
The farm is also geared towards welcoming visitors who can explore the surrounding terrain either by quad bike, e-bike or mountain bike
I should have mentioned that lunch also included home made wine, pomegranate juice and natural honey.
And like everywhere we went there was another stunning panorama to admire.
