Excellent boutique hotel in old town city centre and fantastic staff. Helpful from before we even arrived - with a couple of emails they had arranged transport from the airport to the hotel with clear meeting instructions. Rooms were comfortable and spacious if not luxurious (totally soundproofed and even in the cold of winter very very warm). Superb location minutes walk from all of the main attractions in the old town. The only negatives were breakfast was nice but not to our personal very Western taste and in the bedrooms although lots of cupboard space, very little drawers.

The staff here were absolutely delightful, accommodating and helpful - a very special thank you goes to Unal who when he found out I wanted to watch a particular football match that was not showing in any of the local bars - stayed behind after the end of his shift and uploaded his personal account and password onto my phone so that I could watch my team (not his fault they lost). Would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone travelling to Istanbul.
