A visit to Scotland and especially Glasgow is not complete without eating Scotland's other national dish, an Indian curry and where better to do so than at the iconic Shish Mahal Restaurant in the West End of Gasgow.
The Shish Mahal has been serving curries since the mid-sixties by Ali Ahmed Aslam, known locally as Mr Ali, and the business is still run today by his grandson.
The restaurant is also reputedly the home of the chicken Tikka Masala.
