Helpful from before we even arrived - with a couple of emails they had arranged transport from the airport to the hotel with clear meeting instructions. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The infinity pool area is wonderful and sunbeds are plentiful. Rooms are very spacious and our patio had a jacuzzi hot tub.
The only downside is with it being on the mountain, the walk to the chalets is quite steep.
