At 0830hrs pick up at your hotel/ residence with packed lunches and drive towards Tarangire National Park approximately 118km from Arusha, Tanzania's third largest national park famous for it large herds of elephants. Apart from baobab trees that are wonderfully dotting the park it is also a sanctuary for birds with estimated 550 bird species. Tarangire River is the only source of water all year round which draws animals to the river which gives a spectacular view of great wildlife diversity from lions, buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest. Picnic lunch will be served at designated picnic site. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha at a leisurely pace. Drop off at your hotel or residence
